Abstract

It is difficult to deal with a large number of data in urban traffic, and the real-time performance is poor. Based on the incremental urban traffic flow data, this paper proposed a L-BFGS algorithm based on the domestic processor. In this algorithm, it calculated Hessian matrix by storing vector sequence, and improved Two-Loop algorithm to find the descent direction. In parallel processing of Spark cluster, the convergence speed was fast, and it was suitable for urban traffic scenes with strong real-time requirements. The experimental results show that the L-BFGS prediction algorithm can model and predict large-scale real-time traffic data flow on the domestic platform, which not only provides effective support to improve the level of urban traffic management, but also enriches the application field of domestic chips.
