Data rights confirmation schemes to defend against malicious subset rights confirmation attacks

Abstract

This study addresses the ownership disputes caused by secondary rights confirmation in data element marketization, which hinders data circulation efficiency. The research developed a structured data rights confirmation model to defend against malicious subset rights confirmation attacks. The method decomposed data into atomic feature units: categorical attributes were transformed into semantically unique orthogonal vectors via One-Hot Encoding, while numerical attributes were processed through k-means clustering to generate minimal semantic cluster center vectors. A canonical form function was designed to eliminate ordering ambiguity in feature sets. Subset ownership was determined based on set inclusion relationships, and the detection of secondary rights confirmation applications was optimized using collision-resistant hash and Bloom Filter. Experimental results demonstrated that the model improved the efficiency of detecting illegal subset rights confirmation, with an average rejection rate of 71.45% and verification time under 35 milliseconds, enabling feature-level fine-grained ownership control. The study concludes that the proposed scheme provides a computable and verifiable solution to mitigate secondary rights confirmation risks in data circulation, offering high practicality and security.
