Rich text-guided video generation via spectral awareness and dynamic motion enhancement

Abstract

To address the imbalance between fine-grained regional control, temporal stability, and dynamic expressiveness in text-to-video generation, this paper proposed RTVid-SA, a rich text-guided video generation method based on spectral awareness and dynamic motion enhancement. The approach first constructed a base framework for rich text-guided region-controllable generation, utilizing temporal region mapping and spatio-temporal region-guided denoising to achieve fine-grained regional injection of attributes such as color and style. RTVid-SA designed three core modules to tackle the spatio-temporal coupling challenges where regional constraints often suppress motion priors and cause structural decay. Spectral-Aware Temporal Noise Initialization (STNI) locked low-frequency structures through frequency-domain amplitude matching to suppress structural instability in long sequences. Frequency-Aware Motion Enhancement (FAME) utilized frequency-domain decoupling to selectively enhance high-frequency motion components in temporal attention, thereby activating motion priors suppressed by regional constraints. Finally, Sparse-Temporal Adaptive Instance Normalization (ST-AdaIN) balanced style consistency and motion freedom through feature alignment at critical temporal nodes. Experimental results demonstrate that RTVid-SA operates in a training-free manner and effectively improves the temporal stability and dynamic expressiveness of generated videos while maintaining precise fine-grained control.
