Abstract

Airport taxiway lines exhibit dense intersections and multi-directional forks, and suffer from marking degradation and environmental interference. Traditional detection methods show low accuracy and poor robustness in airport scenarios. To address these issues, this study proposed a taxiway line detection method based on multi-scale line-anchor dynamic guidance. The framework built on row-anchor classification. A decoupled cross-scale geometry-aware encoding mechanism flexibly captured geometric features via dynamic snake convolution. It refined detail perception in far-field regions and at local edge boundaries. Line anchors injected positional priors into the model decoding process, enabling targeted dynamic aggregation of slender, curved taxiway line information. The detection head employed the Hungarian algorithm. Global optimal bipartite matching eliminated supervision signal conflicts during training. Experimental results demonstrated high performance, yielding F1 scores of 87.61% on the self‑built airport taxiway line dataset, 88.07% on CurveLanes, and 79.94% on CULane respectively. Accuracy on the TuSimple dataset hit 96.42%. Results confirm that the method effectively enhances taxiway line detection performance in complex airport scenes. The approach provides reliable technical support for civil aircraft intelligent assisted driving.
