Trust and credibility-based ehr sharing and trading model in blockchain environment

Abstract

Electronic health record sharing faces insufficient data security, privacy leakage risks and trust deficits. These problems reduce users’ willingness to share data. To address this issue, this paper proposed a trust and credibility-based electronic health record sharing and trading model in a blockchain environment. First, this paper constructed a cost and profit-driven approach based on credibility and global trust. The approach links cost, profit and user credibility in trading and sharing scenarios. Second, this paper presented calculation methods for global trust and credibility. The method computed global trust in real time via direct and indirect trust, and calculated credibility dynamically through recommendation scores and data quality. This mechanism ensured dynamic trustworthiness for both data requesters and providers during the sharing process. Security analysis and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can effectively identify and resist multiple types of attacks, and accurately distinguish normal nodes from malicious nodes. Compared with benchmark schemes, the proposed scheme has certain advantages in network throughput, latency and functional characteristics.
