WSN clustering reputation routing algorithm based on improved animated OAT optimized fuzzy C-means

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of uneven clustering, high node energy consumption and low routing security in wireless sensor networks, A WSN clustering reputation routing algorithm (IFCAOR) based on improved animated oat optimization fuzzy C-means is proposed. Firstly, the improved animated oat algorithm is utilized to optimize the initial clustering centers of the fuzzy C-means algorithm, thereby enhancing the clustering effect of the network. Secondly, in the cluster head election stage, the cluster heads are dynamically selected by comprehensively considering factors such as node energy and distance to achieve load balancing. Finally, in the data transmission stage, a single-multi-hop polling mechanism is adopted, and a routing fitness function is constructed by combining the load, reputation value and path attenuation of relay nodes. The improved animated oat algorithm is used to plan efficient and secure transmission routes to reduce node energy consumption and improve routing security. The simulation results show that the network lifetime of the IFCAOR algorithm is increased by 93%, 49.6% and 34.3% respectively compared with LEACH, IFCRA and HMABFOA. The IFCAOR algorithm can effectively balance the network load and prolong the network lifetime.
